The Brookwood Oaks Homeowner’s Association serves the forty homes of the Brookwood Oak Subdivision in Lilburn, Georgia. We are located near the intersection of Five Forks Trickum and Oak Road and are part the Brookwood school district.
The development was established in 2003-2004. The neighborhood is family friendly with many middle school and high school aged children. As our children have grown up in this development, our families have grown close. Living in Brookwood Oaks means having neighbors that will look out for you.
The neighborhood is lush with greenery and offers a suburban living experience combined with a country atmosphere. Deer, geese and rabbits are frequent visitors.
